Folio ^® forte is a dietary supplement for women who want to have children and pregnant women up to the end of the 12th week of pregnancy. The particularly small, easy-to-swallow tablets in the practical click dispenser contain the micronutrients folic acid, vitamin B ₁₂ and vitamin D ₃ and iodine.

These micronutrients play a particularly important role in the development of the child. Above all, the folic acid (vitamin B ₉ ) contained in Folio ^® products is considered a pregnancy vitamin and is essential for all cell division and cell growth processes. Vitamin D ₃ influences the fetal structure of the skeletal, muscular and immune systems and also supports a smooth pregnancy. The mineral iodine is an important building block of thyroid hormones. These control the physical maturation and development of the organs, the nervous system, the brain, the muscles and the skeletal system. They also contribute significantly to the development of intelligence.

Therefore, in the baby planning phase, the diet should be sensibly supplemented with just one mini tablet of Folio ^® forte once a day.

Application:

Take one mini-tablet of Folio ^® forte once a day with some liquid during a meal or a snack.

• ^Folio® Phase 2 contains 400 µg folic acid and covers the daily requirement of folic acid from the 12th week of pregnancy until the end of breastfeeding.

Storage:

Composition of Folio 1 forte (nutrients per tablet):

Folic acid: 800 mcg
Iodine: 150 mcg
Vitamin D ₃ : 20 µg / 800 IU
Vitamin B ₁₂ : 9 µg

The mini tablets are free of nanoparticles, lactose, fructose, gluten, preservatives, colors and flavors. The contained vitamin D ₃ is obtained from sheep's wool and then purified to such an extent that no traces of animal DNA can be detected.
