Meditonsin® Drops for colds
The areas of application of Meditonsin ® drops are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures. They include acute inflammation of the ear, nose and throat.What ingredients are included?
The clear, colorless mixture contains:
- Aconitinum Dil. D5
- Atropinum sulfuricum Dil. D5
- Mercurius cyanatus Dil. D8
The substances were each potentized with a mixture of ethanol, glycerol and purified water.
When can you use Meditonsin ® Don't take drops?
If you have one Hypersensitivity against Aconitinum D5, Atropinum sulfuricum D5 or Mercurius cyanatus D8 or you alcoholic you must not take the homeopathic medicine. Since there is insufficient experience, the remedy must not be used Infants under 7 months be applied.
When should you go to a doctor?
For babies between 7 and 12 months, you should only use the drops after consulting your doctor.
Contact a doctor if:
- the symptoms last longer than 3 days or worsen
- the symptoms are unclear or occur new
- the symptoms are accompanied by fever or shortness of breath
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding or think you may be pregnant
How is Meditonsin ® Drops applied?
The drops should be taken at the first symptoms of a cold. However, use beyond 7 days should only be carried out in consultation with your doctor.
Unless your doctor has ordered a different dosage, follow the following dosage instructions:
- Adults, teenagers and children from 12 years In acute conditions, take 5 drops every half to an hour, but a maximum of 6 times a day.
- Children from 6 to 12 years old Take 1-2 drops up to 6 times a day, but a maximum of 11 drops per day.
- Children from one year to 6 years One drop is administered 6 times daily.
- Infants from 7 months to one year You should only take one drop up to 4 times a day after consulting your doctor.
The drops must not be diluted. They should remain in the mouth for some time before swallowing. The intake can take place independently of meals.
What side effects can occur?
After the administration of Meditonsin ® Drops can salivation or allergic reaction such as skin rash or itching. In addition, the existing symptoms can temporarily worsen when taking homeopathic medicines. Discontinue the drug in these cases.
