Ferrum quartz strengthens the nerve-sense system . It promotes the balance between the central nervous system and metabolic activity. It helps with stress-related headaches.

The potentized gold (in the form of Aurum metallicum praeparatum) helps to find the inner center again in times of stress . It supports and regulates the natural rhythm of the heart and circulation. Gold is a valuable active ingredient in anthroposophical medicine.

How can you counteract stress and nervousness?

Dosage and method of administration
