How is OMNi-BiOTiC® TRAVEL used?

It is best to start taking 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® TRAVEL (= 5 g) every morning before breakfast a few days before your trip. Stir the powder into water, milk, tea or yoghurt, wait for at least 1 minute to activate , stir again and then drink. Continue this procedure throughout the entire trip.

If you suffer from fructose intolerance , you should increase the activation time to at least 30 minutes . During this time, the bacteria metabolize all of the fructooligosaccharides. This means that no fructose gets into the intestines.
