"The woman's vaginal flora is an important protective shield against harmful germs. Billions of different beneficial lactobacilli - also known as lactic acid bacteria - ensure an acidic pH value in the vagina in which pathogenic bacteria and fungi cannot multiply.

The development of the vaginal flora starts at birth through the oral intake of beneficial bacteria. However, the delicate balance of the vaginal flora can quickly become unbalanced. The reason for this can be, for example, medication (such as antibiotics or chemotherapeutic agents) or hormonal changes (including hormonal contraceptives such as the “pill”, during pregnancy or the menopause). This reduces the important lactobacilli and as a result harmful, disease-causing bacteria and fungi, such as Escherichia coli , Gardnerella vaginalis or Candida albicans , multiply slightly - an imbalance (= dysbiosis) arises.

How is OMNi-BiOTiC® FLORA plus+ used?

"Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® FLORA plus+ (= 2 g) 1-2 times a day in approx. 1/8 l water, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach if possible.

If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® FLORA plus+ twice a day, it is recommended to use it before breakfast and before dinner.

OMNi-BiOTiC® FLORA plus + can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

When a Fructose intolerance is known, you should use the activation time of OMNi-BiOTiC® FLORA plus+ extend 30 minutes . During this time, the bacteria metabolize their food (= fructooligosaccharides, etc.) almost completely, so that at most only individual molecules of these substances get into the intestine."
