Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal function of cartilage and bones. Vitamin D, vitamin K, vitamin C, magnesium, manganese and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium. Vitamin D, calcium and magnesium contribute to maintaining normal muscle function. Manganese contributes to normal connective tissue formation. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue.
Glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid and collagen are present as cartilage components in normal cartilage tissue and in synovial fluid.
Recommended consumption:
Stir the contents of one sachet (= daily portion) into approx. 150 - 200 ml of still water and take with or after a meal together with the omega-3 fatty acid capsules. The daily portion can also be divided into several meals.
