For which inflammations can I use Tannolact?

The area of ​​application for Tannolact is large. In addition, Tannolact supports wound healing in a wide variety of inflammatory skin diseases, such as eczema or neurodermatitis. As a bath additive, the application is simple, effective and antipruritic, even for inflammation in body folds.

Why Tannolact?

Tannolact has an anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and pain-relieving effect. The decisive factor is the active ingredient tamol contained in Tannolact, a tannin that has been known for many centuries for its anti-inflammatory and wound-healing effects. Tamol has a so-called astringent (contracting) effect. As a result, the top layer of skin contracts and a protective film forms against irritating substances and pathogens. At the same time, Tamol has a decongestant effect. In this way, weeping in acute wounds can be curbed and the outer layer of skin can be strengthened. The inflammation of the skin is effectively but gently contained - without any cortisone!

How is Tannolact bath additive used?

You can use Tannolact bath additive as a full, partial or sitz bath, as well as a cold or warm compress. The bath additive is dosed individually by dissolving it in water.

Dissolve one sachet of Tannolact in the recommended amount of water, observing the instructions for use! This ensures the necessary effective concentration.

Now simply take a bath, either a full or partial Tannolact bath or treat the affected skin areas with Tannolact compresses (firm compresses) or (loose) compresses.

The application is completely painless, ie the existing pain is not increased by contact with Tannolact. On the contrary, Tannolact is a gentle treatment and relieves the pain. Free of cortisone, effective and pain-relieving.

After the bath, gently pat the skin. If the ambient air is warm, simply let the skin dry. Pull skin folds apart and pat dry. Depending on the clinical picture, you can gently treat the affected skin areas or the entire body with other Tannolact products to intensify the effect.
