The following ingredients are contained in DR. THEISS MELATONIN SLEEP SPRAY:

  • Sweeteners: sorbitol, xylitol
  • ethanol
  • melatonin
  • Passion Flower Extract
  • Preservative: potassium sorbate
  • peppermint oil
  • lemon oil

 

Melatonin is a hormone produced by the body. The body produces it from serotonin. It controls the day-night rhythm. The melatonin contained in the sleep spray helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep.

 

How do you use DR. THEISS MELANTONIN SLEEPING SPRAY?

The positive effect of the melatonin spray occurs when you take 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed. This corresponds to 2 sprays.

 

To help you fall asleep, spray 2 sprays directly into your mouth about 30 minutes before bedtime .

 

The positive effect on jet lag, on the other hand, occurs if you take at least 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and on the following days. Therefore, only spray one spray into your mouth before going to bed .
