How is OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 used?

Stir 1 bag of OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 (= 3 g) into approx. 1/8 l of water 1-2 times a day for at least 1 minute activation time wait, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on as empty a stomach as possible. If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 twice a day, it is recommended to use it before breakfast and before dinner.

It is recommended to use OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 for a longer period of time. This is tried and true. Since OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 only contains bacteria that occur naturally in the human intestine, it can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should increase the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize all of the fructooligosaccharides. This means that no fructose gets into the intestines.
