Description

Sleep fulfills many important functions for humans: it serves to relax, to recharge your batteries and to strengthen the immune system. If problems falling asleep or sleeping through the night last for a long time, the quality of life suffers. We react nervously, irritated and stressed, suffer from poor concentration and performance or have difficulty finding words.
