Application recommendation
The packaging should only be opened immediately before use as this will activate the heat cells.
After peeling off the backing paper, place the ThermaCare Pad with the dark side of the heat cells directly on the skin over the painful area and press the adhesive surfaces against the skin.
For pain relief, you should wear the pad continuously for at least 3 hours. You can get the best effect by wearing over 8 hours.

If you are over 55 years old, you should never wear Thermacare on your skin or while you sleep.
