WICK MediNait against cold symptoms at night
WICK MediNait is a drug used to treat the symptoms of colds and flu during the night. The cold juice effectively relieves six cold symptoms for a restful sleep and a good start to the day:
- Sore throat
- Fever
- Headache
- body aches
- Sniffles
- cough
The WICK MediNait cold syrup helps you fall asleep despite a cold and helps you sleep through the night without interruption. For supplementary use during the day, we recommend the WICK DayMed cold capsules. These provide effective relief from cold symptoms, but do without active ingredients that promote sleep, so that you stay fit throughout the day.

The ingredients of WICK MediNait and their effects
The WICK MediNait cold syrup is based on a special combination of active ingredients consisting of paracetamol, ephedrine (ephedrine hemisulphate), dextromethorphan (dextromethorphan hydrobromide) and doxylamine (doxylamine succinate) and other ingredients. This ensures effective effectiveness against the various cold symptoms:
- The paracetamol relieves the pain and lowers the fever.
- Dextromethorphan hydrobromide acts directly on the cough center against the cough stimulus and thus enables a more peaceful sleep - without suppressing the coughing up necessary for healing.
- Ephedrine has a decongestant effect and fights the common cold. The swelling of the nasal mucous membranes clears the airways and lets you breathe deeply again.
- The doxylamine succinate combats the urge to sneeze and prevents annoying runny noses.
